The service lacks friendliness and good manners the long way. Quite expensive anyway. Good central location but definitely not recommended at all. Bottom line: it doesn’t cost much to smile and be more friendly to customers
My key wouldn't work because it is worn out; the friendly staff sharpened them for me and didn't charge me, which was truly the best Christmas gift I've ever received!
Insane price for copying normal keys. 12€ per key, price not properly exposed and very rude workers who don't speak English. I don't know if he doesn't speak or he pretends not to, but you have no idea of the crazy price until you have to pay.
Really great workers; very professionals and even better when talking to them. Where I to have any of their services I would absolutelly go without any doubt. 10/10
