Really helpful and quick
Super service !!!
I came with my cousin, and frankly, the service was appalling. We simply asked a question, and the salesperson had the nerve to reply in a rather unpleasant manner. We weren't asking for much, just a modicum of politeness, but apparently, that was already asking too much. :) If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. One thing is for sure: we won't be back!
A rip-off... Mister Minit offers to buy Opinel knives with engraving for a certain price, which I wasn't aware of, so I went there with my own Opinel just for the engraving... They asked me for the price of the Opinel plus the engraving, and the salesman refused to give me the blank Opinel, which was supposed to be included in the price! Furthermore, the laser engraving is faint and not very visible.
Excellent work by Mr. Juanito, who repaired my bag by hand-sewing new handles. Yes, you read that right. Magnificent work. A thousand thanks to him.
