I arrived with no solution for my car keys... I left 20 minutes later with brand new keys. I can't thank you enough! I highly recommend them; the service was outstanding. Thank you again!
A very bad experience with Mister Minit. I entrusted them with a watch and received it back completely water-resistant, even though it had been previously. Of course, once the problem was identified and the watch returned, I was told that the repair would be at my expense. No responsibility whatsoever, no gesture of goodwill. Unprofessional and disappointing service. I strongly advise against using them: it's much better to go to a real watchmaker or a reputable jeweler.
I had to call three times for a duplicate key, and he never bothered to tell me whether or not he would be sending it. I find your attitude towards your customers completely unprofessional. A word to the wise.
I've always received a very warm welcome during my visits to the region (especially from Médéric, who is very professional and offers excellent advice), and the work is top-notch. I recommend them 100%; you can go there with complete confidence!
