The service was exceptional! I must emphasize that the team is highly motivated and genuinely wants to work. However, the quote of €31.90 for three keys surprised me greatly (another locksmith offered me €5 per key, a service I ultimately chose and paid for by credit card, a sign of reliability). I wonder what justifies such a price difference. I strongly encourage the owners to return to the shop to review the pricing and organization, as their team deserves better support.
I went to this locksmith because my insurance company gave me a promo code so I could get a 20% discount at this address. This address apparently wasn't available for door keys. Since I had to go out of my way, I had two basic mailbox keys remade, which I also needed. I paid €32 for the two keys, even though all the other shops nearby sell the same key for €5. I wasn't suspicious when it came time to pay. A big scam.
A locksmith who needs to order keys? This is ridiculous! He couldn't even serve the woman in front of me. The Vigik access control system is out of stock. I'm willing to pay the price, but they need to be responsive, especially since the competition is cheaper.
Four pairs of shoes repaired perfectly! The young owner is welcoming and offers great advice. With the government subsidy for each repair, it's a very good deal, and the repairs last. I highly recommend them!!
