Very disappointed with my experience. I've been getting my daughters' ID photos taken here since they were babies, and I've never had the slightest problem. On the contrary, the other salesperson was always very patient, kind, and wonderful with children. However, the experience with this salesperson was completely different. His attitude was unpleasant and inappropriate. He told me, "I'm not going to try for 20 minutes; I only have 5 minutes left on my battery. You're the mother, not me, you handle it..." Nice service from the man in the shop. He was friendly and helpful. Fast service for copying a small key to a mailbox. It was expensive though - €12.90 and the job took less than a minute. Still happy because I've been to another place and they couldn't make a copy.
They're selling so-called official ID photos at an exorbitant price (€33.80 for 8 passport photos). I went to the town hall and was refused because the photo wasn't compliant! The woman told me, "We always have problems with them." So, I had to pay a photographer, take another afternoon off work, and go back to the town hall! They must be FORCED to remove the "official ID photo" designation; we're paying a LOT for nothing!
We went to get two copies made of two keys (building entrance and apartment entrance) and ended up with four identical keys and no way to get into the apartment. We believe there was some dishonest tampering with the original key. Luckily, a spare key was available from a family member, otherwise we'd still be locked out of our apartment. What a nightmare on a Saturday at 8 pm...
I needed to get a duplicate key made urgently. I went to two Mister.M stores and received very poor service, both on the phone and in-store. I then tried another store, but without success. That's when I decided to give Mister.M one last try, even though I'd almost given up hope. And the problem was solved in less than 15 minutes, even though there were other customers in the store. They took the time and found a solution for me. Thank you so much!
