Excellent service, very friendly. I came in because I had a problem with a key. A duplicate had been made the previous week at another Mister Minit, but the key had been cut incorrectly, making it difficult to open and close my work locker. This gentleman offered to remake it for me, and it was very quick—it was done in 10 minutes. Thank you!

We received a very warm welcome; the gentleman was friendly and polite, and he took the time to explain that these keys are guaranteed for life. If they break, jam, or get bent, you just need to keep the receipt and/or a photo of them. And everything is fine. Thank you, sir, for your professionalism and kindness.
