Very happy with this shop, the staff were very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend them. I needed a special key (broken) which was very difficult to duplicate elsewhere, but at this shop there was no problem at all; I got my key back in 20 minutes and it works perfectly.

I want to clarify that I'm generally very moderate (and rarely post reviews), and that my feedback doesn't call into question the key-cutting/repairing services. The rating isn't due to an oversight in selecting the number of stars (and/or being required to give at least one star to be able to publish...). I'm simply personally frustrated that I didn't realize the extent of the problem when I returned my cognac-colored Oxford shoes, which I'd worn twice and then taken in for a touch-up to remove some scuff marks.
