I am extremely disappointed with the work done on my ankle boots at Master Midi. I went in simply to have the front soles re-glued… and today I received shoes in a catastrophic state: bent soles, rough stitching, and very dirty marks and finish. My shoes have gone from “simply unglued” to practically unusable. The most shocking thing is that the moment I asked for the work to be redone, the tone immediately changed, and there was no longer any courtesy or willingness to acknowledge the problem. I had car keys made and bought batteries for over €80, but unfortunately, I realized they weren't the right batteries (€9.90). I went back the next day to simply exchange them for smaller batteries at the same price, but the salesperson told me it wasn't possible, supposedly due to stock issues. Completely unprofessional; I don't recommend them and I won't be back.

The salesman was very unpleasant, his customer service was borderline rude. He told me there was nothing he could do about my shoes. His phone must be more important to him. I came back when he wasn't there, and luckily the saleswoman, who greeted me with a smile and offered advice, took my shoes, cleaned them the same day, and did a very clean job. Advice: don't come when it's him; avoid him!
