Extremely disappointed with the "repair" done to my shoes... handmade Italian ankle boots, treated with no respect for the product. No gesture of goodwill, nor any apology from the staff present, who deemed the repair acceptable since the goal was simply to be able to open and close the shoe. I paid upfront before the repair, and I'm now forced to take them to a proper cobbler to even consider having their shoddy work redone. I absolutely do not recommend them.
I went there to have the key fob on my Peugeot 308 repaired. The lock button had completely stopped working, and the unlock button was starting to fail. The fob was falling apart, sometimes a piece would come off in my hand. As for the key, I could barely fold it back into the fob. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Very professional staff who honored their commitments, including calling the customer back and respecting the appointment time needed to duplicate a car key card.
