Excellent service. You can tell the repair technicians are very attentive and proud of their work. The after-sales service is also excellent (even without a receipt)... The repair—a sole that was coming unglued—was fixed and now it's holding up! In short, I've become a regular customer since then and I don't regret it at all!
We had a truck key made. Most of the shops we went to told us it wasn't possible or that there was a one-month wait... I went to the one in Nantes Paridis and they did it right away for around €100, compared to €800 at the truck manufacturer. Very professional and very friendly too. I highly recommend them.
I went in today to have a watch battery replaced after a jeweler couldn't do it. Mohamed was very responsive and professional. He solved my problem in no time! Very fast and efficient service, thank you so much!
I've been there several times already, whether for duplicate keys, changing the batteries in my watch, and most recently to add holes to a belt (which were done free of charge, and I thank you for that).
