Excellent
Thank you! Excellent work, with a rare business sense! Thank you for your smile and dedication! It's rare! I travel 40 km for this! I recommend your work without hesitation! Thank you so much!
Very quick and efficient! I came in with an urgent request this morning and received excellent service! The shoemaker was very attentive to my needs. I highly recommend him. Thank you again.
They don't respect the advertised deadlines. Shoes dropped off on July 21st, 2026, and by July 30th they still weren't ready... The deadline has been pushed back another week. As has the repair. It doesn't stop me from wearing them; I want them back and a refund... Impossible, no one competent to handle this. But competent enough to take my money. I have to wait a week. I won't be going back to this store...
Excellent service. You can tell the repair technicians are very attentive and proud of their work. The after-sales service is also excellent (even without a receipt)... The repair—a sole that was coming unglued—was fixed and now it's holding up! In short, I've become a regular customer since then and I don't regret it at all!
