I came in for a basic key replacement, which cost €16, and I had to bring it back twice to get it working. The person I dealt with was named Chris, according to the receipt; you get the impression you're bothering him the way he speaks to customers. Elsewhere, a basic key costs €6, so you won't see me again, and you can count on me to spread the word.
