Excellent travail, ultra rapide. Le monsieur qui m’a reçu a effectué la réparation et le changement de clés pour ma Clio 3 en moins de deux minutes. Il a été extrêmement gentil avec moi et m’a fait un très beau geste commercial. Un commerçant au top ! Il a pris le temps de répondre à mes questions concernant des réparations sur de futurs articles. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai sans hésiter, au vu de l’efficacité, de la gentillesse et de la générosité. Merci, monsieur !

Catastrophic and deplorable. I dropped off a pair of shoes to have leather soles put on, nothing complicated in itself. I should mention that these are the shoes my partner will wear at our wedding in a few weeks. I picked up the damaged shoes: a scratch had appeared on the brand new leather of one of them. The pair had just been bought; it's unacceptable, and there's no way the groom is going to wear damaged shoes when I dropped them off as new. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. The gentleman is very nice, but keys don't seem to be his strong suit. I was given a key that didn't really look like mine. Despite my comment, he told me it wasn't a problem. Of course, it didn't work when I tried it. After half an hour and three attempts with new keys, I finally gave up. I asked for a refund and left without a key. What a shame!
Avoid at all costs! Terrible value for money. €18.90 for heels held on with nails! The shoes weren't even cleaned! I'll never go back!
