Another act of kindness! I popped in briefly because my shoe strap had just broken. Not only did they fix the problem immediately, but they even gave me a replacement! It wasn't a big job, admittedly, but even now, it's so nice to have such helpful people who do you a little favor. Thank you so much, and I highly recommend them! 🙏

Hello, We have two cards, which we paid for and which are valid for free watch battery replacements. Oddly enough, three years ago we supposedly had to replace one battery, which cost €20? This week we went to have another battery replaced, and this time, without asking our opinion, the man performed a water resistance test?? This time it cost €7!!! We need to know: is the card really valid for free battery replacements, or is this a scam to push people towards paid services when they haven't requested anything?

It's a temporary solution... but that's about it. Going to Mister Minit is never a pleasure. Between the wait if there's a line and the time it always takes to make a key or anything else, assuming they even have any in stock. Ordering a key => Come back next week but pay now. Okay, I don't mind that because I know they're reliable. But for a business that claims to be a quick service... Or not, maybe I'm wrong. Excellent service and advice… I had a pair of shoes resoled and they look fantastic, all for €125. I highly recommend them.
