For over 15 years, the quality of service and the work performed have been excellent. I no longer live in Pantin, but I always come back because I know I won't be disappointed. The warm welcome, kindness, and good humor of the staff make it an exceptional place.
I went to Mister Minit in the Pantin shopping center on November 17th to get a duplicate mailbox key made. I found the price excessive: €7.90 for a small key, and what's more, the key didn't even open the mailbox. So I went back to have it fixed. The key now opens the mailbox, but it catches slightly on one side when inserting it. The salesperson offered a half-hearted apology. Don't get your car keys remade at his place! They sell junk... My car key broke after a month, he told me I'm not responsible. Going to a real professional costs a little more, but you won't be disappointed.
