One of the heels of my shoe had come off while at work. So I dropped in for an emergency repair. Owner is very friendly, he helped me directly and 3 mins later it was fixed :)

Absolutely appalling and rude. The man sighs and rolls his eyes when you ask for a touch-up, because, yes, the initial repair was far from satisfactory. I preferred to go to another cobbler to redo his shoddy work rather than see him again. Guess what? The new cobbler returned them to me looking brand new for a fraction of the price. Avoid this cobbler. He'll mistreat you while defending his shoddy workmanship.
Whether it's for repairs or resoling, my shoes are like new every time thanks to meticulous and extremely professional work; plus, the prices are affordable! I highly recommend them.
I entrusted them with four pairs of shoes and I was delighted with the result each time: impeccable work, quick service, and at a perfectly reasonable price. They are also very friendly and offer excellent advice. Honestly, even if I had to look hard, I couldn't find a single thing to criticize!
