63. A duplicate key to my front door! No car, no batteries, no way, 5 minutes on a machine on a 30-cent piece of metal. Catastrophic. The young guy at reception was nice.
Very disappointed. I ordered a car key for almost €200 on Thursday, January 8th. I was told it would arrive on Tuesday the 13th, which suited me, and that they would call me to schedule an appointment. Today is Thursday the 15th, and I haven't heard anything. So I called to find out the status of my key. They told me I was mistaken, that I hadn't ordered it from them, and that the order form wasn't from them, even though it had their stamp.
