i had to come back three times to have a duplicate key that works!!!
Avoid this shoe repair shop at all costs! They charge you €16 for shoe drop-off, and you get your shoes back four days later with glue oozing out! And then they tell you they don't make new shoes! My advice: take photos of your shoes before dropping them off, and better yet, go somewhere else.
