I returned to have the heel tips replaced on a second pair of heels, as the first time the service was impeccable and quick. In addition, I had a pair of thigh-high boots that I was desperately trying to fix because the zipper was stuck in the leather, and this gentleman managed to unstick it for me even though he doesn't work on zippers. I am beyond delighted! Thank you so much again for your helpfulness and kindness.
