I came in on a Wednesday to get a duplicate made for a small key. The man who helped me told me it was a rather complicated key he'd never seen before and that he'd have to order it. He even went so far as to claim I'd have to come back the following Wednesday because his colleague, who was there the rest of the week, wouldn't know how to make it.
