Never again. Very disappointed. Either the workers don't want to work or they want to lose customers. I dropped off a pair of shoes to have a heel lift added. They were already chatting away, and I asked if the work could be done while I finished my shopping. They told me no because they were very busy. But excuse me, there was no one there, not many shoes on the displays or even nearby, so I don't know what they call "very busy." Outrageous experience at Mister Mint. The salesman, Lucas, tried to upsell me on a more expensive colored key at checkout, even though that's not what I asked for at all. The total was €15.90. I paid €20.90. He claimed he didn't have change and gave me the difference in 10-cent coins, without even asking. When I then offered to pay by card and cancel the cash payment, he refused to refund me, claiming "there's no money." Completely absurd and illegal.
