Last Saturday, I went to their shop to ask them to make two key copies and a badge. When I got home, I was shocked to find that neither the key nor the badge worked. I waited until today to go back again to get it fixed. I arrived at the shop and found the same elderly gentleman who had done the service for me before. After breaking my keys, I searched for a locksmith on Maps and found him. The owner is incredibly kind and professional. He took the risk of making me a new key and gave me a guarantee, which was very reassuring. Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend him.
I needed to change the battery in my key. Sure enough, this locksmith had it, but the price was ten times higher! It costs €2 online, and he charged €20! A rip-off, unpleasant, and uptight! The welcome was icy, you'd think he was giving it away for free! I strongly advise against this man; this shop is a profiteer, it's disgusting! I regretted my first and last visit! ZERO STARS!
I do not recommend this place. The clerk didn't say hello or goodbye. I arrived to print, and he didn't ask for any information from me. He simply told me he didn't accept cards or bills; I needed the exact change. I went to withdraw cash and pay for something to get change. I came back, and still no hello or goodbye. He then told me that double-sided printing wasn't possible (???) and that he would accept a card payment of over €5! It was €6.60 for 13 pages without double-sided printing. Avoid at all costs, SERIOUSLY. I'm giving it one star because you can't give less, unlike apparently more than half the reviews. Reading the other reviews, I realize that many of us have experienced this same gentleman's rudeness. As for those who were lucky enough to be treated kindly, they caught him on a good day, because respect is clearly not the norm here.
