Bad service. He ask 13.90 euro for watch battery , put me on hold for 20 min and after He said "sorry, I can't open this watches " I found solution on 1 rue de le nostre in technic montre in 5 min and very low cost .
I came to have extra holes punched in one of my belts. The employee was very friendly and competent. He completed the job right in front of me. Excellent result. I highly recommend them. I've already been here to have a key duplicated; it was done perfectly and quickly. I'll definitely be back to this shop :)
Hello, I went in with a friend yesterday to have my shoes tightened. We were helped by Baptiste who was very kind and gave us some advice. I highly recommend him and thank you again Baptiste (he deserves a promotion).
I had a key duplicated urgently. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered a wide selection of attractive keychains. The problem is the exorbitant prices: twice as high as in Rouen city center (right bank).
Very disappointed, avoid at all costs! I had my key remade for €12.90, only to find it didn't work. I went back hoping for a credit note or a refund, as I can't keep coming back, but they refused. I lost my money and a key.
