Bad service. He ask 13.90 euro for watch battery , put me on hold for 20 min and after He said "sorry, I can't open this watches " I found solution on 1 rue de le nostre in technic montre in 5 min and very low cost .

I came to have extra holes punched in one of my belts. The employee was very friendly and competent. He completed the job right in front of me. Excellent result. I highly recommend them. I've already been here to have a key duplicated; it was done perfectly and quickly. I'll definitely be back to this shop :)

Run away! Paying more than €60 for a key that doesn't work, even after returning three times, is unacceptable. This is the first and last time I'll ever set foot in this store. In addition to the complete lack of professionalism: a nonchalant young woman, uninterested, and unfriendly. Fortunately, the cashier raises the bar a little, because the "manager" is frankly disappointing. A word of advice: go to the Grand Quevilly store.

I had a key duplicated urgently. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered a wide selection of attractive keychains. The problem is the exorbitant prices: twice as high as in Rouen city center (right bank).
