€16 to get a key remade… Misleading advertising, the poster says 2=3 without specifying that it's for the same key, but they refuse to do it…
Absolutely useless. He stuck a strap onto a shoe and it lasted, stopwatch in hand, 2 minutes. He'd be better off changing jobs.
The staff are friendly, but the prices are exorbitant. An €8 discount, but I still had to pay €18 to replace a heel rubber! First and last time I'll go there.
Outrageously expensive. €60 to get a duplicate key made because it's supposedly a security key. A complete rip-off, and I won't be back. Stop treating your customers like fools!
