The person wasn't very pleasant; I had to wait several minutes before he even looked up from his phone. After making my key, he insisted I leave a review to help him repair the "bad reputation" of the previous owners, whom I know very well and who were always wonderful! I'm really disappointed by this approach, especially considering the initial welcome and the person's nonchalance.
New owner for a few months now. Very helpful, pleasant, and competent person. Bonus applied for the shoe resoling work. Excellent work, both sturdy and aesthetically pleasing! Thank you for extending the life of our favorite shoes!
