I agree with the comments below: the service was appalling... I don't know if it was the manager I dealt with, but he needs to stay behind the counter and they need to hire a real salesperson. The jaded guy who lets customers who arrive after you go first because their key is easier. Avoid at all costs.
Very friendly, quick, and professional. They repaired my Kangoo key with the central locking and made a duplicate for a very reasonable price, whereas Renault told me it wasn't possible. Thank you!
If you need a key they don't have, you have to wait 45 minutes (P7) while the owner finishes watching his TV show… and not even an apology. Otherwise, you can also go there for a key that doesn't work… in short, avoid it! Terrible service and exorbitant prices.
Terrible service. I needed a replacement strap on my mountaineering bag because it had ripped. He glued and hand-stitched it back on, and it didn't hold at all, all for €17. Whereas I went to another cobbler (Cordonner 2000) who did a proper job, taking the time to unpick and resew the fabric for €14.
