I was served by Michel today who helped duplicate a broken key for my campervan. It was a rare key but he took the time to examine and find the nearest key and to make me a perfect working copy! He was polite, had great English which really helped and was generally a great guy. I'm not sure how many people I know who might need a key cut in the Brest area but any I do I would recommend Michel and Mr Minot.

Bad experience. I went to get some keys duplicated. The employee told me I had to order them at €7.50 each. I came back 10 minutes later to pick up more keys, and he told me they actually had the model in stock and it was €15 each. Is the price arbitrary? How could they make such a mistake? It's unprofessional!

Honestly, I had a problem with my seatbelt, and the guy fixed it in two minutes without charging me. So, 5 out of 5. The staff was welcoming and professional. Thanks again. Keep up the good work, you're a pleasure to use. I'll only go to you from now on for my problems. When you're good, you deserve recognition.
