Total disaster!! Went to Mister Minit in Stocket to shorten a belt by 1 cm, but the staff cut off 3.5 cm instead. Now the belt is too short and unusable for the wedding we bought it for. When we raised the issue, the explanation given made no sense. Very disappointed with the careless service and lack of accountability.

I had a broken key that two other cutters told me was impossible to duplicate. A colleague suggested Mister Mint in Stockel, and even though I arrived just as he was closing, he kindly let me in. He examined the key with concern, but then worked his magic and handed me a brand‑new shiny copy. He warned it might not work, but when I got home it opened the lock perfectly on the first try. He is professional, kind, and truly skilled . He saved me from an expensive call out. I highly recommend

A total disaster- went to get my heels and sole done and they basically destroyed the points and put another heel color despite the fact I had been very clear it had to be the same color. I asked for a reimbursement and the owner took no accountability whatsoever.

I brought my boots 3 weeks ago to replace a zip. 1- I was told to pick my boots in 1.5 weeks, which I did and I was told to come in another week. One week after boots were not ready yet. 2- I asked for my boots although zip was not replaced yet. I was told to come next day and pick it. 3- I came to pick my boots and zip was replaced, however quality is extremely poor!
