⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I received a very warm welcome at Mister Minit! I want to emphasize the professionalism, friendliness, and especially the honesty of the employee. He listened attentively and gave me excellent advice on how to repair my shoe, without trying to sell me anything unnecessarily. He also offered me a very good discount on the batteries for my car keys. An honest, professional, and truly pleasant person—it's a pleasure! I highly recommend them.
€15.90 for a single key! What a rip-off! My 17-year-old son didn't think twice; he told me he understood: €15.90 for three keys. But when he saw €47 on the receipt, he was stunned! Last time I go there. I'll go to the one in the city center where keys cost €8.
The manager is very friendly, accommodating, and professional, but unfortunately, the prices are significantly higher than other shoe repair shops in Tours. He wasn't able to make a duplicate of my key, or if he did, it was an exorbitant price. I finally managed to find a shoe repair shop in the city center that did it for 35 euros.
A friend went to this gentleman's shop to have a simple key made. The price was 15 euros. Meanwhile, others do the same job for between 6.5 and 8 euros.
I came in with a problem with the key card in my Clio. The person who helped me was very professional: friendly, attentive, and efficient. My problem was quickly resolved, and I even received a significant discount, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this business!
