I dropped off a belt on February 23rd and had to wait over a month and a half to get it back, just for a buckle that needed replacing. When I picked it up on April 13th, the belt had been cut without my permission, even after a phone call, and the buckle was too small and the cut wasn't even symmetrical. I don't know who worked on it, but it's a real shame to give it to me like that. Even the salesperson seemed embarrassed; they should be. I went in last week for a small repair to my belt. I'm always well received by the staff and I always leave satisfied. Last summer, they repaired some old sandals I didn't want to wear, and last year they made duplicate keys. I recommend them.
Friendly and helpful. I used their services for keys and for sewing work on a backpack. The latter was very well done and the turnaround was very quick.
Sports bag repaired, the stitching was excellent, meticulous work, and they listened to the customer. They even replaced the keys. Thank you for your work!
