Extremely expensive price!!! €10.50 for a duplicate key!! + twice as expensive as elsewhere! Two mailbox keys €21, while at Leroy Merlin in the same area, the lock and two keys are €20. Can you spot the difference?

Extremely expensive pricing!!! €9.90 for a duplicate key!! A rip-off! Twice as expensive as elsewhere! I go there often, and I'm shocked by the bill. We've never paid that much before! We regularly get keys duplicated for our clients. You've just lost a customer! It's a shame I trusted you again and didn't ask about the price beforehand.

I gave one star because I have to. This time last year, I went to the store and they charged me €110 for two keys, one for the security door and one for the street door. They ripped me off. And today, I went to another place and they charged me €32 for the same keys I made myself. You're crooks, and why should I throw away the receipt if I don't upload the photo here? Scammers!!!

Quote for replacing a contact switch on an electronic car key. Price quoted: €22.50!!! Without looking much further, I found the same service for... €10... Sorry, but count me out, and that speaks for itself...
