AWFUL experience! EXPENSIVE, you pay 18 euros for regular heel replacement, and they treat you like SHIT. Absolutely NOT friendly, the previous reviews are either biases or I got a "special treatment" as I don"t speak Flemish perfectly. There is a much better place in the centre of the town actually, you'd better go there.
Very expensive but unfortunately also very bad shoemaker. They also sell belts, watches, passport photos, battery replacements, etc. I would say: shoemaker, stick to your last and be a craftsman first. I had a boot repaired whose heel had come loose. It cost 20 euros, and after wearing it for an hour, the heel was already loose again. I went back, but... warranty only extends to the front door. Solution: the answer was that we can send the boot to a real shoemaker. Unbelievable!
I took a photo at their home for the identity card, but unfortunately, the photo was rejected at the town hall!
I arrived there to take my boots...he couldn't do that...is he a shoemaker? Selling belts and making copies of keys...that's not a craftsman. I could do that too.
Excellent service, my father's shoe was very well made. You also made our dog's harness incredibly well. We are satisfied customers, thank you for the service and for helping me even at 6 p.m., when the store was actually closed.
