An incredibly unpleasant and nonchalant person, €45.90 just to sharpen a blade without a cutter and he's laughing... he clearly doesn't want to do it. Avoid him for keys! Maybe better for shoes, I haven't tried them, but given his personality, it's better to go to the center of Dreux, a real craftsman and a friendly one!
Exorbitant price. I confirm the previous reviews: €15.90 for a simple open-end wrench when local competitors (Leroy Merlin, Bureau Vallée, or Cordonnerie Drouaise) charge between €7 and €9 for the same wrench. Go to the competition; you'll save money.
Catastrophic. €15.90 for a simple key that doesn't even work—a disgrace. I gave it one star because zero isn't an option. Avoid at all costs.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had to get a duplicate key made by this gentleman: the key doesn't work, the price is exorbitant, and the service is appalling. This man doesn't even bother to talk to us, or even look at us when we speak to him. He's rushed (so rushed that the key doesn't work!) and has absolutely no sense of customer service. It's a real lack of respect for his customers. Therefore, I'm forced to give one star, but this man absolutely doesn't deserve it; he should consider changing careers!
