Service
Bon service
service lent, unfriendly
Alexandre is incredibly welcoming and professional; he repaired a duplicate car key in 60 seconds (even though it had been waiting to be repaired for two years); he also gave excellent advice on changing a watch battery and checking its water resistance. He's a bright and very pleasant person; he's always dedicated to addressing the challenges of his profession, which is crucial on a daily basis. I highly recommend him.
Excellent experience. I went in twice for issues with my car key and was very well received. The service was very professional and accommodating. They give good advice to their customers.
