Alexandre is incredibly welcoming and professional; he repaired a duplicate car key in 60 seconds (even though it had been waiting to be repaired for two years); he also gave excellent advice on changing a watch battery and checking its water resistance. He's a bright and very pleasant person; he's always dedicated to addressing the challenges of his profession, which is crucial on a daily basis. I highly recommend him.
We came the day before to have a key made, but when we tried it, it didn't work. We returned the next day to complain, and the person had simply abandoned their post in the middle of their shift; we waited for over an hour.
