I went to have my ankle boot heels repaired. They assured me it would be sturdy and worth replacing, even though it still costs €13.95 after the government rebate. The gentleman was very kind and it was done quickly, but after a month and a half my heels are already ruined and I can no longer walk in the boots...

Perfect welcome, meticulous work with a wide selection to add color to our keys (admittedly, that's quite practical). The saleswoman was always smiling and attentive. I highly recommend them…

Warning ⚠️ if you need a duplicate key, be sure to check the price beforehand! A simple flat steel key costs €15.90!!! Sure, they package it in a nice little bag, with a leaflet on sneaker care (what's the connection...?), but it's 2 to 3 times more expensive than anywhere else!!! The same goes for watch batteries. It's simply highway robbery. This store should be avoided at all costs...!!!!!

Extremely dishonest, unprofessional, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. They can't even make duplicate keys or key cards for vehicles, let alone a front door key! I strongly advise against using them! It's robbery!

The price was more than double what the competition charged in Charleville: €57 for a key (supposedly a security key) when it was €24 elsewhere (in the city center, 19th arrondissement). I had to go back because the key didn't work the first time; a quick look from the technician would have been enough to spot the defect in the new key. It was only after comparing prices elsewhere that I realized how astronomical they were.
