I went to get a broken key made, and the salesperson told me he couldn't guarantee it would work. For €15.90, I hesitated to get a duplicate made and asked if it was possible to adjust the key if it was difficult to insert into the lock. I was just trying to get some reassurance. Avoid at all costs! The salesperson was unpleasant and clearly didn't want to do their job. Whether it was for shoe repair or locksmith services, I came for very simple things, and they simply refused to help me without any valid explanation! I went to another shop where everything was sorted out in 10 minutes. An unbelievable situation!
I had broken my key into 2 pieces, and unlike the first locksmith I went to, the person there managed to make a working key, which saved me from having to change the entire lock... I was so close to that... a big thank you, I recommend them!
