A very bad experience. Not only were I made to wait when no one else was there, but they refused to serve me because I'm not French. I now understand the bad reviews about this establishment. I do not recommend it.
I've rarely seen such an unfriendly shopkeeper. I asked him to adjust my watch strap because the Cleor shop, which sells the same models, doesn't know how to do it… and he advised me to go see this charming shopkeeper who told me he didn't care that I was referred by his neighbor, the jeweler. Then there was this guy who also doesn't know how to adjust the strap… he told me he was glad he couldn't do it… Honestly, Mr. Mint, you should organize customer service and hospitality training for your employees and other staff.
A very bad experience. I went in to have a bracelet engraved. There was no one at the counter… after waiting a few moments, I asked aloud if anyone was available to serve me. A man came out from behind his counter and made some inappropriate remarks to me (“Have you ever waited in the ER?” he condescendingly told me). I came in for a garage door opener remote, which they provided in half an hour with a very brief instruction manual and a verbal warning: "There will be a procedure involved."
