The most expensive key ever, 13eur
Visited a month ago to have my car key battery replaced because it was dead. There's no record of this visit except for a transaction on my bank card as proof. The "new" battery supplied by Mister Minute in Waterloo Rich'L is just as dead; it doesn't work. 15 euros paid for absolutely nothing. Poof. Many people often complain that online shopping is killing small (or even large) businesses. Well, for some, it's deserved. Terrible service from the salesperson and manager. They gave me a duplicate key, but it doesn't work. We had to go back and were called liars because the key wasn't from them, even though we had the receipt! And I'm not the only one, judging by the reviews... Never again. We'll be better served elsewhere!
Avoid this place. I dropped off a key to be duplicated a month ago. I returned twice from Brussels, and the work wasn't done. Finally, the clerk told me it wasn't possible to duplicate it because the key didn't fit in their machine. The result: two hours wasted and no service provided.
