New resident of Wavre. I was desperately looking for a shoemaker. Based on some of the reviews, I hesitated to go to this place. On Saturday, I went and the service was perfect 🤩. The two young gentlemen there were friendly and professional. I picked up my four pairs of shoes today, and the work they did exceeded my expectations. Thank you 🤩🙏🏽. "Heart and soul" is an expression I unfortunately cannot use to describe my experience. The welcome was lukewarm, the expertise nonexistent; I found myself facing a purely financially motivated service. The result lacked finesse, three shoe sizes were incorrect, and the finishing touches were incomplete. It was a first, and it will be a last. What a shame! It's time for a staff upgrade. A word to the wise: thank you!
Great, fast, efficient, and inexpensive. The staff were super friendly; I highly recommend the store 👌🏻 I had my watch strap shortened, and they knew exactly what they were doing.
The worst scam ever! €15 to duplicate a standard key, and it only takes 10 seconds! Seriously, shameful, never again!
