Very professional, honest, and friendly. I went there to get a duplicate car key and I recommend them 100%.
I went in to have keys made for a vintage 1950s Bentley. I explained to the young man that I had already tried to have them made elsewhere and that the person hadn't been able to do it. Here, he succeeded immediately thanks to his professionalism. Well done to him for his work and his friendly manner!

I recently dropped off some shoes with detached soles. The end result was disappointing and poorly executed (they started coming unglued in places after just one hour). The problem was obvious as soon as I handed them over. Furthermore, there were red stains on my shoes (white shoes). Needless to say, it's quite annoying. I prefer to think it's cleaning products and not blood, but it doesn't come out in the wash. I still paid full price, probably because this gentleman took advantage of my young age.
