March 2026: Had new soles put on: heel + sole for 43 euros... they weren't new shoes anymore, so I wondered if I shouldn't have bought new shoes instead. After 1 week, the heel was already loose and I had to have it glued back on. 1 month later: the same scenario with another pair of shoes... Conclusion: a very expensive repair that requires a two-way visit. I looked for another shoe repairer who does it much better and cheaper.
My review apparently disappeared. I stopped by to ask about the prices for repairing a hole in my shoe. The woman behind the counter said I'd be better off fixing it myself to save money. I don't know how much your staff is paid, but I never mentioned my limited means. After three or four attempts, she finally offered to put a price on it (€15, payable in cash). I agreed, and she simply declined, insisting I try it myself at home "in front of the TV." A very strange experience.
