This is the second time I've had fantastic service at this shop! The first time, I came by to have a sign made for my mailbox. I was helped immediately and was allowed to take it home with me. Super-fast service and incredibly customer-friendly! Today I went back to inquire about repairing the strap of my handbag. It was no problem at all for the young man who was there. March 2026: Had new soles put on: heel + sole for 43 euros... they weren't new shoes anymore, so I wondered if I shouldn't have bought new shoes instead. After 1 week, the heel was already loose and I had to have it glued back on. 1 month later: the same scenario with another pair of shoes... Conclusion: a very expensive repair that requires a two-way visit. I looked for another shoe repairer who does it much better and cheaper.
