I went there to have my shoes fixed today and there was a very weird guy, extremely unprofessional as well as in such a behavior like looking down on me because I spoke 4 languages and unfortunately one of which was not French even though I speak Flemish as well which they do about a km away at a Flemish community. I still allowed such a person to do fixing and came back to pick it up and tried to be friendly by saying I speak 4 but not French sorry, his reply “ it is ok” in French. We left brand new shoes of my wife to put a rubber protection on it. We intentionally left them in a box. I got them back today without box and instead of any form of excuses I've a mockery and suggestion to prove I left them with the box.
Unbelievable, never net anyone so rude in the 6 months in Brussel. I tried in my broken French but the young man refused to speak slower. Basically he didn't take pictures of children but also he won't take mine after a certain time (I don't know what time cuz I didn't understand in french). Pls don t go there, there is a wonderful man at "Quick talon" next to the waffle place and nail studio who was wonderful with my 10 month old son
the photos are majorly overpriced… and the employee is just simply rude. print your photos in fnac where it’ll cost you a fraction of the price.
I had my belt and shoes fixed here and the work was quick and extremely satisfactory! I don’t know why the other reviews are so bad but the man was very kind & spoke excellent English which was a huge plus for me.
