Friendly and helpful employee Made multiple perfectly working duplicate keys, and did so within 10 minutes after I had called first to ask if this was possible. Honest explanation and service. When you take your watch in to have a new battery installed, it isn't meant for me to have to figure out at home, via a YouTube video, how to properly insert the small rubber seal that covers the back. It was folded over and came loose. Amateur. I did learn a valuable lesson though; this is easy to replace yourself, so next time you won't be making 20 euros off me. "What you do yourself, you usually do better." It's actually true!
