Dr. Suzanne Barnes consistently gives exceptional care to our 7 year old standard poodle. Jovi was recently diagnosed with a second autoimmune disorder. She spent quality time during each exam to ensure the best treatment. She has demonstrated the qualities that make her an excellent doctor by quickly and accurately diagnosing our girl and prescribing effective treatment that is helping her live her best life! We highly recommend Dr. Barnes and her wonderful team at Mixed Pets.
I decided to become a dog mom for the first time in April of last year. Mixed pet veterinary hospital has been there for me every step on this journey. The staff is always so kind, willing to help, and gives me all of the knowledge I need to make sure my girl is well kept. Zoey loves her visits in!
I have been taking my pets to Mixed Pet Veterinary Hospital since we moved to the Charlotte area in 1998 and absolutely love the staff and Dr Schoolmeester, along with the other Doctors who have joined the practice. It feels like family. GiGi is my 6th baby that they have cared for over the years and we have such a great relationship and are able to communicate our wants and needs easily. I have not met anyone in the office that I don’t trust or my pet doesn’t trust or love. That makes it very easy on appointment days!
Staff is so kind and efficient. Dr Schoolmeester is great. Always answers our questions. All of employees love our Elizabeth Rose and she loves them.
We recently switched to Mixed Pet and had our first appointment yesterday. I am so happy to have found the Mixed Pet team! Everyone was so kind and thorough, which is a great feeling when dealing with your pet. We never felt rushed and they truly listened to everything we brought up. Olive loved all the belly rubs she got too!
