Mary sent us an addendum to our purchase agreement weeks after we sold the house demanding over $11,000 in repairs or to buy our own contactors. No other options were given. We had no idea about any repairs needed. The home passed it's inspection and the buyer had two walk throughs. A quick Google check says this isn't even legal to do an addendum on a agreement that was already closed on and The National Association of Realtors said this is unheard-of and she would know all of this as the business owner. Bad business
