Cody is great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone needing to sell land. He is detailed, determined, personable, and professional. I appreciated the quick turnaround in which my property sold. Cody is on top of everything from taking excellent drone footage, incorporating my photos, showing the property, taking care of the written details and showing up for the closing. I worked with cody for the first time recently. I work with realtors all the time and cody is one the best that I have gotten to work with. Just look at his listings and how much better they look than the competition in the area. His pricing was spot on and we sold above listing price, we were under contract in a matter of weeks.
I was a first time home buyer when I found Mary as a realtor. I was having trouble with financing as I was a bartender and most of my income was tips. Mary worked hard to find someone to meet with me to help me get financed. She also walked me through every step of buying a home as a young 22 year old.
