management has no type of flexibility at all and complains about the most littlest things
Treehouse Communities refused to waive a pet fee for a *** animal. I have 2 and was told by the park manager ************************* "Both can be emotional support but the fee is waived on one of them. I have other residents with two emotional support felines, but are assessed for one pet." This is a violation of federal Fair Housing Act. I have filed a complaint with HUD. If this was done to you I strongly suggest you file a complaint with HUD even if they refunded the fees or not.
This company operates on fear, intimidation and harassment. This company needs to be kicked out of *******. This company treehouse communities picks on the disabled and the elderly in such a way that forces them to move out of their homes.
