I needed my front driver side CV axle fixed . My dad recommended mobile auto clinic. He called them and told them what was going on with my vehicle and these guys came out the very next day. Got the right side fixed months later they had a guy come out to my job and fix it while I was working , Very responsive and efficient highly recommend.
This started off great! The person who took my call was very kind and had someone scheduled to come to my house the next day. The technician arrived to my house and quickly began to work. He was super friendly and helped explain what he was seeing! Once the diagnosis was complete, the work was to extensive to do right then and there, so the technician told me that he would submit the findings and someone from the shop would call me to tell me next steps and setup a repair. Our vehicles died, no electrical power. We replaced the battery, still no power. Mobile Mechanic Service responded promptly, assigned a Mechanic, Phillip, whom communicated with us & then arrived at the disabled vehicle, when he stated he would. He was knowledgeable & He resolved the non starting vehicle, it was the positive cable issues. He did a diagnostics, & provided estimates for possible trouble areas. They Saved us from getting a tow to a garage. We recommend. Thank you.
