This started off great! The person who took my call was very kind and had someone scheduled to come to my house the next day. The technician arrived to my house and quickly began to work. He was super friendly and helped explain what he was seeing! Once the diagnosis was complete, the work was to extensive to do right then and there, so the technician told me that he would submit the findings and someone from the shop would call me to tell me next steps and setup a repair. Mobile Auto Clinic has been a fantastic mechanic service to interact with. Honestly, no one likes having to take their car in to get fixed, but MAC does a great job to be transparent about pricing, repairs needed, and anything else they offer. I don't feel like they are throwing everything under the sun at me to fix in my car, but they are thorough AND their inspection charge is the cheapest around. They got me in right away the day before thanksgiving. They were willing to come to me, but also let me drop off my car. Fixed my problem in a few hours. Very friendly, kind and helpful receptionist! Beautiful lobby! Very reasonable prices. This has been the nicest car repair experience I've ever had! Highly recommend.
The customer service and communication was incredible from start to finish. Juan called me after he diagnosed my Jeep and told me exactly what the issue was going to be and gave me two different options of how to approach the situation. He was very clear on what had happened and how he would go about fixing it. The price was very fair and they had me in and out within just a couple of days. Highly recommend the same here.
My vehicle had some electric issues - the root cause turned out to be a dead battery. The technician was wonderful - very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and engaging. Great communications as well. I’m only giving 3 stars because of the cost — way overpriced. It cost over five hundred when I think a reasonable cost should be three-fifty or four hundred maximum (labor, transport, home visit — makes sense it should cost a bit more).
