The customer service and communication was incredible from start to finish. Juan called me after he diagnosed my Jeep and told me exactly what the issue was going to be and gave me two different options of how to approach the situation. He was very clear on what had happened and how he would go about fixing it. The price was very fair and they had me in and out within just a couple of days. Highly recommend the same here.
They got me in right away the day before thanksgiving. They were willing to come to me, but also let me drop off my car. Fixed my problem in a few hours. Very friendly, kind and helpful receptionist! Beautiful lobby! Very reasonable prices. This has been the nicest car repair experience I've ever had! Highly recommend.
My vehicle had some electric issues - the root cause turned out to be a dead battery. The technician was wonderful - very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and engaging. Great communications as well. I’m only giving 3 stars because of the cost — way overpriced. It cost over five hundred when I think a reasonable cost should be three-fifty or four hundred maximum (labor, transport, home visit — makes sense it should cost a bit more). I emailed them for a quote late on Thursday night, they responded Friday morning before 8am and provided a quote for mobile service, but also had availability in their shop that same day (less service call fee) so I jumped at the chance. They had me fixed up in under 3 hours! I had a bad grinding/whining pulley noise, which they diagnosed as a bad water pump. Got a new catalytic converter for 2k here. Just found out my car won’t pass smog despite them knowing my car is registered in CA. Would have been great to know there’s a difference between CA & TX cat’s but I guess they just wanted my money. Nice people to interact with but I also had an overcharge that took lots of diligence on my part to get the money back for. Not a good experience overall.
