Everything about this service is excellent. I submitted a request for a quote after their listed standard business hours and they responded to me through text in minutes anyway. In moments I had a scheduled appointment for the next day! When their mechanic arrived, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and honest. They not only addressed my issue quickly—and affordably—they did a full diagnostic of the whole car! I’ve found my Austin mobile mechanics for life.
Awesome service! Great price, and faster than I expected! When my Ram 1500 tow vehicle didn't start in the driveway one morning, I knew I needed to get back on the road right away. I called Mobile Auto Clinic and I was informed a technician would be on the way. Joel arrived 45 minutes early, was able to diagnose a bad starter. This started off great! The person who took my call was very kind and had someone scheduled to come to my house the next day. The technician arrived to my house and quickly began to work. He was super friendly and helped explain what he was seeing! Once the diagnosis was complete, the work was to extensive to do right then and there, so the technician told me that he would submit the findings and someone from the shop would call me to tell me next steps and setup a repair. Our vehicles died, no electrical power. We replaced the battery, still no power. Mobile Mechanic Service responded promptly, assigned a Mechanic, Phillip, whom communicated with us & then arrived at the disabled vehicle, when he stated he would. He was knowledgeable & He resolved the non starting vehicle, it was the positive cable issues. He did a diagnostics, & provided estimates for possible trouble areas. Mobile Auto Clinic has been a fantastic mechanic service to interact with. Honestly, no one likes having to take their car in to get fixed, but MAC does a great job to be transparent about pricing, repairs needed, and anything else they offer. I don't feel like they are throwing everything under the sun at me to fix in my car, but they are thorough AND their inspection charge is the cheapest around.
