Just horrific company to rent from. They are responsive when it comes to maintenance but they will charge you outrageous fees for things that do not fall on the shoulders of the tenant. Additionally, they will nickel and dime you at every possible turn. I would not recommend renting from them.

This company will Resort to breaking and entering without notice or permission. They injured my dog in doing so. Rent from anywhere but this place.
Overtly deceptive company. They go out of their way to be deceptive so that they can hit you for extra money when you are trying to move out. They are also very anxious to re-rent this same property. Even though they know that there are roots growing through pipes through the foundation, walls and mold. Plus, if the weather is bad you will be stuck fixing your own stuff. That is their responsibility. Rent from anywhere else.
I hired MOD to manage a rental property for me. My experience would not have been a whole lot worse. MOD failed to select good tenants. I found out after the lease was signed that the tenant required a co-signer. Subsequently, the renter was 3 months late with rent. This was after they flooded the basement by unplugging the sump pump. Thankfully my insurance covered most of the damage and it "only" cost me $2,000 to cover the deductible. We have worse experience ever on my renting history, hot water fix taking over one whole month. threated to get kick out from my rental property because not signing new contract 6 weeks before lease end date. not responding to reference request from other real estate agency when we are applying other property. only getting our full bond back after involving consumer protection on communicating with them.
