These people are constantly giving me a hard time and retaliating against me. I paid fees that are on my account, and they will not remove them off of my account. Do not rent from these people as the accountant deliberately ignores my phone calls, emails, and even showing proof of payment, I am still given a hard time with fees on my account. Horrible **************************** 300 dollars charged to a security deposit to replace four lightbulbs after move out. Refused to maintain appliances in a timely manner and instructed my roommates and I to use laundromat services while they took a month to fix a washing machine. ************ was far from regular despite weekly services being promised/stipulated in the lease often with 3 weeks passing between mowing. Stay away unless you want to deal with rudeness and incompetence.
