I completely wasted my time with this company. I scheduled an appointment for a house showing, but the person who met us knew absolutely nothing about the property. This place did not wanna take my section 8 voucher from the beginning. I explained to them in so many words since they manage more then 2 properties they had to accept it. They processed my application gave an approval then when section 8 sent them my rent portion that’s when they started not really responding to emails. READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE WITH MOD!!! MOD Properties is the most inconsiderate and insulting property management group I have ever worked with. They will bleed you of all your money to make FREE REPAIRS FOR THE HOMEOWNER UPON YOUR MOVE OUT. They will not accept proof without documentation, I get that, but upon requesting proof of their work for their egregious charges they go SILENT. I have ALWAYS left homes in better condition then when I moved in because I've been scammed before...but nothing like what MOD has done... read more
We have rented from MOD for about 10 years and really love the house still. They are always responsive to our needs and have a great maintenance group. We hope to stay here going forward and recommend MOD to all of their potential rentors.
My partner and I have rented from MOD for almost 2 years now, and we love the house we rent. They have always been extremely prompt and professional when we have had any questions, issues, or repairs needed, major or minor. Overall very accommodating and helpful!
