This place did not wanna take my section 8 voucher from the beginning. I explained to them in so many words since they manage more then 2 properties they had to accept it. They processed my application gave an approval then when section 8 sent them my rent portion that’s when they started not really responding to emails. MOD has managed a condo we rent for the past 4 years.
