Horrible delivery service. I bought the Fuji outdoor table and chairs and asked for assembly of the table. However, the guys who delivered my furniture didn't assemble the table. One of the chairs had a loose thread and I reported it to customer service. They told me that they will refund me 10% of the price but will not exchange it for a new chair. They said the item has been discontinued but this isn't true as it is still available for purchase on line. I would have given zero stars it there was an option.

My husband and I visited Modani for the first time in search of a coffee table about a month ago. We found the perfect table on our first visit and we were so excited. We were told to expect a call within two weeks from the delivery team to schedule the delivery. We never received a call, so I contacted Modani directly and they said my coffee table had arrived in Atlanta and gave me the direct number to the warehouse to schedule the delivery. I called and spoke with a sales lady on Thursday May 21th , I requested her to find out the final number on a Leather sofa ( Callisto ) And call me back , She completely ignored me and never called me back . I liked the look of the product but I am not going to buy it now because she had zero knowledge when I asked basic questions , then I called Miami location and I got the answers and when I called Atlanta location and spoke to this sales lady she never called back .
