I loved working with Modani Furniture. They were very professional. Everything went so smoothly. The delivery guys gave us a call 45 mins before they arrived. They assembled all the furniture in the front yard and brought it in. They were very quick and efficient. It took them less than 30 mins to put the whole bedroom set together. They even took all the cardboard boxes with me which I found very thoughtful and professional. I’d definitely consider Modani for my future purchases.
I had a terrible experience at the Modani Furniture store in Paramus. After waiting outside for over 30 minutes, the store manager finally opened the door but greeted us with rudeness and disdain, even mocking our accent. When we expressed our frustration, she refused to apologize and instead threatened to call the police, which escalated the situation unnecessarily.
