In upscale furniture store that appears to feature chrome and leathers, however not for me.
Jenece was absolutely the best associate I have ever worked with. Her patience with me and her ability to assist me was simply amazing. she answered every question as you would expect from a true professional! She accomplished the goals that I had requested.
I ordered a “sofa” online because the store said it was only available via their website. What arrived were a bunch of mattresses to arrange on the floor. There is no frame. The cushions slide around. The website and sales person didn’t make it clear. Even the box has “mattresses” printed on it. And now they are charging me to pick it up.
Experience with Modani was far from perfect. But customer service representative Gary was a rock star. Quick reach out, easy and coherent communication and satisfactory resolution. Thanks, Gary!
OMG! It starts with the introduction of smell, that is ONLY used in they're stores. Exquisite leather furniture & tastefully addition of tables, light fixtures, silverware and pictures! Every thing is reasonably priced. When you expect the BEST you pay for it! Fantastic store, I was NOT disappointed.
