Salesperson was nice, the manager ,didnt even say hello to us until we were about to purchase something then he was overly friendly all of a sudden, go figure🙄. The furniture Overrated, overpriced, its decent at best. Delivery can range from 150 minimum to over 300. Tried to add to exisiting order, additional delivery charge. As a company would you rather the added 1600 sale or waive the additional 50 bucks for the delivery? Make it make sense 🤔🤔. We have a few pieces of furniture from Modani and we love them! I was looking for a new desk and Gianluca emailed me pictures of the desks that were on display in store. I found one I liked and he was so helpful with the entire purchase. Great experience at this location!
Do not waste your money on Modany's white leather furniture. I bought their protection plan for this exact issue, but it was useless. After one time sitting in black pants, a permanent stain was left on the seat. Their own cleaner and a professional sent to my home could not remove it. Modany then rejected my claim, making a false excuse about the stain. The leather quality is terrible and stains instantly without any hope of cleaning. Avoid this product and their worthless protection plan to save your money and sanity.
OMG! It starts with the introduction of smell, that is ONLY used in they're stores. Exquisite leather furniture & tastefully addition of tables, light fixtures, silverware and pictures! Every thing is reasonably priced. When you expect the BEST you pay for it! Fantastic store, I was NOT disappointed.
The in-store staff was very helpful and online customer support was also very responsive in resolving a small issue with a chair. I will definitely continue to shop with Modani in the future.
