Buyer beware, especially on Modani's "eco leather" products. In April 2023 I furnished most of my home from Modani Tampa — living room, office, bedroom, dining room, kitchen — including a Livio 2 sofa marketed as "Beautifully Crafted, Built To Last." Less than a year after delivery, one of the sofa's two power-lift sides stopped working. We had a wonderful experience working with Averyanna at Modani Furniture. She was incredibly helpful, remembered me when I called and made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. I ended up making a few changes to my order and she was very accommodating. She also kept us updated on the shipping status, which I really appreciate. Fantastic! Beautiful furniture. Luca is very helpful, gives great ideas. Is not pushy and guides you through the design you want to set up.. We did not feel rushed and he ensured we felt comfortable by answering all our questions. He is very prompt to answer. We love shopping at Modani!
Salesperson was nice, the manager ,didnt even say hello to us until we were about to purchase something then he was overly friendly all of a sudden, go figure🙄. The furniture Overrated, overpriced, its decent at best. Delivery can range from 150 minimum to over 300. Tried to add to exisiting order, additional delivery charge. As a company would you rather the added 1600 sale or waive the additional 50 bucks for the delivery? Make it make sense 🤔🤔.
