Do not waste your money on Modany's white leather furniture. I bought their protection plan for this exact issue, but it was useless. After one time sitting in black pants, a permanent stain was left on the seat. Their own cleaner and a professional sent to my home could not remove it. Modany then rejected my claim, making a false excuse about the stain. The leather quality is terrible and stains instantly without any hope of cleaning. Avoid this product and their worthless protection plan to save your money and sanity.
My husband tried to order a beautiful mirror for me and they made it impossible for us to receive it with all of their bs. So we demanded a refund, which the salesman refused. We disputed it with the credit card company and now they’re trying to only give us partial credit back even though the item was never even shipped to me. This company is a bad company with how they’ve treated us. I suggest staying away!
OMG! It starts with the introduction of smell, that is ONLY used in they're stores. Exquisite leather furniture & tastefully addition of tables, light fixtures, silverware and pictures! Every thing is reasonably priced. When you expect the BEST you pay for it! Fantastic store, I was NOT disappointed.
Looking to furnish my new place, I checked all the normal spots before finding Modani on a general Google furniture search. I love Modani outdoor furniture - I have just replaced everything after 10 years. It looks wonderful and truly holds up to Florida weather. Jenece was extremely helpful with a replacement. She responded right away, very professional & resolved my issue quickly. I will always continue to purchase from Modani / delivery staff is great too
